Acceptance

By creating a PCYako account or using the PCYako desktop client, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of Service

You may use PCYako only for lawful purposes. You must not use PCYako to access computers you do not own or have permission to access. Any abuse, including but not limited to unauthorised access, spamming, or distributing malware, will result in immediate account termination.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Service Availability

PCYako is provided "as is". We make no guarantees of uptime but strive for 99.9% availability. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PCYako shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of PCYako after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
