Information We Collect

We collect information you provide at registration (email, username, password hash) and information generated by use of the service (device details, session metadata, IP addresses, feedback).

How We Use Information

We use collected data to: operate and improve the service, authenticate users, process support requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Remote Session Data

PCYako does not monitor or record the content of your remote sessions. Session metadata (duration, bytes transferred, timestamps) is stored for your session history. End-to-end encryption ensures session content is private.

Data Storage

Data is stored in secure servers. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes; we never see your plain-text password.

Cookies & Sessions

We use a single, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you logged in. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. After account deletion, data is removed within 30 days excluding records required for legal compliance.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support. You may also delete your account at any time from the Profile page.

Third Parties

We do not share personal data with third parties except where required by law.
